i was talking to one of my teachers at school yesterday and he told me that one of his buddys was at the dealer show in italy and they said that aftermarket companies have had the 450r for the last 3 or 4 months making parts for it.

well sure, as many of them have had info here as well. The Japaneese are keen to use aftermarket companies as design consultants. some have had good insight far earlier than that.
