audio file converter

I need a good file converter. I am needing to convert all types of audio files to .wav. Anyone have any suggestions? These files are going to be used in an html style webpage. Nothing exciting, but gotta have some Zep!

Well, I do need it to convert .ram files and .wma files to .wav. This program doesnt do that unfortunatly. Thanks for the response though!

Go to www.downloads.com (cnet's download part of site) and go into audio, and then look for either formats, or tools, or something like that. Just do a search for Converter, and then get the most popular one. There are several on that site i have seen before when looking for an mp3- wma converter.
