300 head work?

I was thinking about doing some stuff to my 300 head. My motor had a hi comp piston, web #236, and exhaust. i was thinkin about hardend rockers, stiffer valve springs, and maybe some port and polish. is it worth gettin all this done? and if so who should i send it to and about how much will it run me?
