Parting out TWO Laeger Protrax, Sparks 265's

I am going to let this post sit here for about a week, and then everything is going on eBay.

I have two almost identical Pro Trax quads. One has a light blue frame, and the other has a red frame. One has a std. length steering stem (zinc coated) and the other has a nikel plated +1.

Engine, plastic, and seat cover all have only one GNC on them (High Point MX).

The front plastic is one-piece full bore. The hood cannot be separated. Sorry.

Both steering stems are for the ProTrax setup. They will be sold with the entire front end only. One is zinc plated, the other is nikel plated (almost chrome). Both have antivibe clamps. One has fat bar mounts, the other has std mounts. Renthal bars on both (fat bars/std atv bend, respectively).

could i get all calipers brakelines and master cylinders for the front? front calipers are in great working condtion right? no frozen pistions anything like that? master cylinder good too?:confused:

Everything is in great condition. Calipers are even bead blasted to remove all paint. This supposedly makes a little difference in their running temperature.

i think brit said a 38 i would run one but i still need to keep my bottom end with a 38 since its such a big carb it just doesnt have low end whaereas a smaller carb has less top but killer bottom;)

Are the engines still avail? how many hrs? How about internals, like what rod, piston etc, cam,head porting?

Both engines are still available.

Both have the Sparks 265 MX National kit. (YZ piston, small spacer plate). Both have Hinson clutch baskets. I have two Hinson quick change clutch covers that I will throw in for $100 extra on the engines, but will not be sold separately.

Both have stock clutch plates in good condition and good cranks.

Estimated hours is around 1 hour on top end of the first engine and 10 on the other. Bottom ends have a little more than one season's GNC races.

Still have one set of factory plastic for sale. It has a ONE Industries graphics kit on it. Race cut, good condition. Front (including hood) and rear both for $200 + $40 shipping.

The pads are in decent condition, but not new. I will leave them on the calipers for you.

Still got it. It's a Sparks Racing MX pipe with a brand new silencer. Silencer is highly polished aluminum. Pipe is in great condition with no major dings or dents. Bare metal finish.

I will post some pictures tonight.

Are you talking about the OEM plastic, or the Full Bore?

I just noticed last night that the OEM plastic has been stiched up just a little, but other than that, the condition is good. Still has a good shine.

It is stitched right beside the kick start cut out. Right now I have zip ties in it, but you could easily replace them with some tie wire for a less noticable look, but $200 for $700 worth of plastic is not too bad even with a little bit of Frankenstein.
