400ex changes

Do you know what the changesare on 99-04 ?
01 they added the Battery condom
02-03 Air box is different and there was additional mounts
03-04 35.5mm to 38m carb
are there any more ?

lol i didnt kno they changed that stuff for the 01-03......but other than that.......not that i know of.....

Has that been confirmed? There has been some debate that it was a typo.

Yeah, I haven't seen anyone come out showing pics, or telling of the fact that they had the upgraded carb.

I can't see however how Honda would let a typo like that go??
At least one person in Honda should have seen it by now.:confused:

i looked up this at the honda dealer myself (they let me look up my own parts) and the 04 carb has the same part number as all other years
