i hate 250ex's

i was so happy today. i got my new swingarm in because i sapped my frist one on and when i went to go put it on i realized that the threads to hold the final drive were stripped. there goes another $250 into the quad... i really cant stand this quad anymore

I remember having nothing to ride but a 1988 Honda 125 fourtrax for about 6 years until i was 17...... you are lucky you have a 250ex :)

lucky???yea..um no. i have put over $1500 into fixxing the thing and i get to ride it usually once a month if i am lucky because it breaks so much.

then maybe u shouldnt have a quad..... my cannondale broke the first ride and was down for four months..... o well its gonna happen..... life goes on

Same here I beat the S*** out of mine and all thats broke is a little clamp that holds the airbox.Wich wasn't a big deal i just welded it back on. You must have a lemon or something.thats just part of having motercycles.ive spent around a thousand dollaars the last year on my timberwolf.the rear end and axle was 650.00.

Mines been riddin pretty dang hard and the only thing that has gone wrong with it is my clutch and thats from rider error i half clutched a little to much.....

I guareentee ya theres a few ppl on this site that dont even have a 250ex to ride...it is better than nothing,Im sure you'd rather ride than whatch haha...or better yet..have to just read about it;)

you can put a automatic clutch in nuetral by slightly lifting on the shift lever, it puts it in between gears so you can rev it in nuetral and you just drop the shift lever.
