Depends on the power you want and the mods you have or will have in the future. The pro meg is more mid to top, the s-bend is more a low mid. The pro meg is a much larger pipe, maybe another 1/3rd the size or bigger then the s-bend in diameter. I run it cause I don't think the s-bend will let my 440 breath well enough.

CT Racing slip on, Dirt Wheels showed the most gains in their Dyno Shootout with this pipe w/ 12 disks. Runs VERY well! The jet kit is worth getting too.
