400ex works on a z400

I looked at both mine adn can't see why they wouldn't. The valving and stuff would probably be off but they would work if you needed them I think. My stock Z fronts fit on my EX. I haven't tried to put the works on my Z though.

i have personally done this. the 400EX shocks WILL fit on the Z (but not vise versa). however the shocks will be real soft on the Z. they won't hold up to any real big jumpsbut they ride real nice in the trails and stuff but they are ultra soft just warning you.
