what suspension set-ups do all u rcaers run..i have a polaris predator 500 with stock suspension and want more..i race mx and xc so i want adjustable suspension..what r the best deals or prices to for diff shocks..i was thinking either elkas, custom axis, or pep's revalving

Any of the brands you listed will be a great choice for racing as long as they are setup for you and your riding ability!

lol dude you cant have a xc and a true mx setup shock they are valved too differently for what you want to do find out which one you like more and setup your shocks for that:macho :)
