Are you supposed to oil/lube the carrier? if so how often and how do I do it? BTW it's a 300EX.

i dont think theres anyway to lube the carrier the bearing are sealed...:(

True the stock bearings are sealed and require little or no maintance. I put grease behind the seals to keep water out, this makes it easier to change the bearings when they go bad
