will a 250 r shock fit on a 400ex??

I don't know who he gets his info from (lil400exman),but 250R fromt shocks WILL fit a 400.They are just a little shorter(less travel)I dont think the rears will work though.

yeah but the fronts will work but since they are so old that they would work like crap......:)

yeah I wouldnt use front shocks from 86-89. Pretty old and dead to me. I would put 400ex fronts on an R though. But who cares, aftermarket shocks is where its at.

if u are talking about the rear the 350x three wheeler rear shock will work. i dont know about the 250 but thought that the 400 and 250 where pretty much the same frame and suspension wise .

The front WILL fit and the rear WILL NOT. I got my work shocks off of my R before I got rid of it. I tried to swap the rear but it didn't fit.
