Is the Bills Thunder slip on exhaust any good?? Because on Moto-Man they have the slip on, on sale for 199.99!!! And when i get my 400ex i was wanting to kno if this is a good pipe, and would it be a good idea to grind the rough welds out of the stock header??

I believe it is the same as a big gun. Why would you buy parts for a bike you dont have yet ?
