well its not really raceable because it cannot move on its own, but its still pretty cool. My neighbor built it. His friend tore his acl on a dirt bike and doesnt want no regular wheelchair when we go to the top fuel dragsters in a few weeks. (so no the exhaust doesnt work, its just for looks)

no, it cannot move on its own, yet. they got a chainsaw motor they want to put on there they just gotta figure some things out, like how to steer it...

i think pulling tractors have two levers for brakes, one for the rear left tire, and one for the rear right tire. That way if it pulls a wheelie you can still steer down the track. Dont know if that will help you on the steering thing or not.
