On this slip on I just got it today. I looked and it has a spark arrestor with a end cap and some kind of cover. If I take the spark arrester out and take off the wierd cover it looks like it has a 1 3/4 in turn down. Can I use it with just that. Also what is the standard end cap size. Is it 1 3/4 in. Or what is the best end cap for power

If I remember right, the 1 3/4 is for mid and top end. Going with the smaller caps gives more on the bottom. I run the 1 3/4 with the spark arrestor and does alright.

Thanks for the repley. I just put it on today. Man is that thing loud. When you stab the throttle it has a really good bark to it.

Its not that loud I have a t-4 and I can't even hear myself during a race. The other race pipes are a lot louder. Do you have a z34? I have a 94 lumina z34.

That's funny you ask that question. I had one about 5 years ago. I bought a 93 lumina Z34. It was one of the greatest cars I have ever owned. It was black with grey inter. I assume you had the 3.4L twin dual cam engine in yours. That thing could really hual a$^. I wish I never got rid of it. I brought it to the race track once I got a run of 15.8 not bad for a V6 huh.. The name has just kind of stuck with me over the years.
