What's wrong with my 300ex?

my '02 300ex dies/or almost dies every time i turn or do a wheelie. Im thinkin its a jet problem or I got some trash in the carb and the float's not moving freely. Any other possibilities????
(air filter has no signs of anything but air going into it)

the only mods I have are: WB slip-on exhaust and WB powerfilter....im thinkin ill probably get a jet kit and some airbox vents since im gonna take the carb off and maybe a header.

save the money on the jet kit and just buy individual jets. maybe your float is not functioning properly. i would take the carb off and clean it out. since you have a slip on, put in a main jet one or two sizes bigger than stock.
