I was riding my 300ex at high rpm (right before rev limiter) for about 200yards. Now it wont rev very fat whatsoever. And it will not rev out all the way. I checked the plug, it was fine. Could somthing in the carb maybe came loose, or maybe the cdi box died?

You could've messed up the valves or valve springs. The 300's don't really do well in the high RPM range. You'll actually go faster by short shifting it.

Ill check the main jet tonight when I pull the carb out. If I messed up the valves or springs, it would be making some sort of noise. And I was running wide open, not rapping out every gear.

This is true, u could have maybe bent a valve. i did the same thing trying to show off on myne thats why we had to have the head redone- i was riding at high rpms drag racing people, and she just kinda started acking up, and we took the head apart and sure enough i had bent 3 valves.
