When i was at lorretta Lynns with my son. I saw two or three 300ex's with a shotry supertrapp pipe on it. These were cut down and then had a different sticker/plate on it. I think it said CS or TC or CT on it.
Does anyone know who does this mod and exactly what they do to it. The can just looked to be cut off shorter with diff end cap.

It probably makes them less restricting then the longer one...guessing..

they are made like that..they are mostly used in racing..i really like the pipe myself..call up TC and they'll tell ya all about them

the shorter pipe is suppose to give a little better low end grunt. i bet you won't notice a difference but that is just a guess. the exhaust will be a little louder too.
