400ex blew smoke?????

i started my 400ex after it has been sitting for like 2 months with out being started cause it needs the pivot bolt changed and its stuck any way i ran it and when it was warmed up i gased it and put my hand behind the muffler and there was carbon on my hand what could it be?? any thing to worry about?

ok there was no need for this post i rememberd pumping the gas alittle much all it was was i had the choke and and too much fuel in the cylinder right??

yes after it sits for a while you get some gas into the engine. its simply burning up the excess fuel and having the choke on makes it smoke a little more too i belive.
