Whats good to polish a diamond plate bed rail? The ones on my new truck are pretty faded. I used to use lazy man's polish but I ran out so I'd figure I'd ask around to see if there's anything nicer.

Try mothers alum polish
it will clean & shine the hell out of any metal.

I have a alum diamondplate headliner in my bronco & it makes it look like a mirror.

mothers cleans any crap out of any metal. it took my e series from the brushed look from the factory to a mirror shine. i also used it on the stock header, and that is a silver color that shines like the devil:devil:

i have heard flitz is best but have never used it.i have used "Speeedy Metal Polish"and found this to be the best i have used and it works on all metals. if you really want the best shine,go to www.eastwoodcompany.com pick up some tripoli compound, white rouge, some Flitz and a few polishing buffs. they actually have a few different kits that will include all you need. this is by far the best way to go. it willl turn your aluminum into a mirror providing you sand out all the scratches. eastwood also has many sanding compounds and kits to do this too;)
good luck and post pics;)
