Think I could have someone thats really good with aluminum or something make me a header? Or does it HAVE to be made by a big brand company?

sure you can, on a 300 that is, it would be a little tuff on a 400 though!!...We custom made a pipe for mine just make sure of the bend and stuff and dont make it to big ...IT WILL BURN THREW YOUR PLASTIC...but its not hard to do with some aluminum exhaust pipe from your local car shop!
