Brand new Hiper front wheels with Kenda klaws

I have a pair of new Hiper carbon wheels...They are 4-1's....Black Rings with new Kenda Klaw Mxf's 20"....I paid 190 each for the wheels plus shipping and the Klaws where 100 to my door...They have 2 laps on them on a sandy track...You cant tell they are used...430 shipped...
