Hello all,
I rolled my bike over Labor Day and have discovered that the steering stem is bent. I am pretty set on just going ahead and replacing the stem with an OEM unless I can really get a deal on an aftermarket stem for a comporable price. Anyway, my main question is: When replacing a stem, should you go ahead and replace the bearings and/or bushingsas well and any other hardware? Or should the stock hardware be fine with a new stem. I have a '00 400, but it does not have a lot of hours on it. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanx
