AC nerfs ?

hey i just bought a set of ac nerfs for my 300 but cant figure out how they go on...do i have to drill new holes in my footpegs cuase the holes dont line up right.

I bought a pair of AC nerfs and had to drill 1 hole on each side....but all of my other holes lined up. That was for a 400 though. I have heard some stuff about AC prducts and them not lining up properly. Mine seemed to do ok though.
