I like the cycra's beacuse they have a bar that goes around your hand and holds the plastic sheid, looks like there pretty durable.
Or if you get a regular style powermadd's look pretty nice too.

i got ascerbis. very durable rolled bike a few times and it didnt fase 'em.

the only thing is you have to cut the right side to fit around the front master cylinder but it no big deal

I've got moose plastic guards i use in the winter. 22$, and they work fine. I've got Ascerbis on my bike and like them as well.

I have the Moose alumin. guards w/ the (black) Cycra shields...
I like that set up a lot..
Had to trim up my brake lever, cut the ball-end off, to make everything fit right..no biggie though.
I've had my quad upside down a few times this year :eek2: and they've held up great.

Do you get them or not? ....that's up to you.
They'll save your hands from getting hit by branches and stones and stuff. Especially nice if ya ride in tight woods.

Yeah I've seen my brother bang his hands up from hitting trees and having his hands smash into the handguards, but I think that is a small price to pay for the protection they provide from roost and trees.

I was just going to say the same thing - seems like you could actually get your hand caught and break your wrist. I guess it's a trade-off just like nerfs - they will probably help you 90% of the time, but can cause you to actually get hurt worse some of the time.

I have the Acerbis Rally Brush with the spoilers, they work great, and have really taken some abuse.
