most likely the splines on the axle/hub are worn....time to replace.

yes it could be the rim. I know the one set of rims that I had did it. So I changed them and it fixed the problem.

Define "wobble"
Does it move back and forth, without moving the quad, like it is loose?
Is it wobbling as you go down the road, like the axle or rim is bent?

It is not the rim or tire or axle. After torqing it down, and then rideing it for a while, you can feel some play in the hub area. It maybe the splines :(
put it up on a jack and see what happens, this way you can get close and watch what is really going on

well the good thing about it being the left side is that you can use some jb weld in the splines and the hub splines........ that will hold it there in place and you do not need to take the left hub off to take the axle off so it would be a easy fix unless you wanting a new axle
:huh :eek2: why not try some zip ties and duck tape while your at it  :(
