Here's mine....
A little over 6X8, holds two quads comfortably. Paid a guy $500 to make it. All I had to do was put on the decking and wire the truck side.
I still need to add stake pockets, add a box on the tounge and build sides for it. I'm thinking of building two different size of sides to make it more versital.

Are you sure two fit? Your 400 looks like it takes up most of the room? Just curious.

Is this true: a trailer with 14"-15" will pull MUCH easier than smaller tires like on JOEX trailer?

It'll be a lot less wear and tear on the whells/tires/bearings because of of the less RPM's........plus a smoother ride.

I've got a three place, tandem axle, Triton (model UT128-2). Bed is about 12.5' long by 6.5' wide. http://www.tritontrailers.com/sl8.html

These are a nice trailer to pull. Even though they have the smaller wheels, they are very light and sturdy. We pulled 2 quads on a smaller version of RytM1, from Chicago to H/M. This was behind a small Nissian pickup too.

If weight matters, these are a good choice.
