I bought a left side case for a 250r from kicker 696. I specifically asked about damage to the case, especially with the chain guard bolt holes or case saver bolt holes. He said that there was no damage. I got the side case and one of the bolt hole studs was partially broken off. I pm'd him back asking for some type of refund and he agreed to that. Then later backed out of it. He said that I never asked about the condition of the case. So I pm'd him all of our conversations about the case and pointed out which dates I specifically asked him about the case condition. He then pm's me back saying that he thought the condition of the case was no big deal and he heard it was normal. Yes it is common for the bolt hole studs to be broken that is why I asked about them because I wanted a left side case that didn't have any broken bolt studs. The refund, to me was alot cheaper than having a negative feedback to haunt you.
