Help with exhaust for a 300ex*sorry I put this in the wrong section*

what is the best Exhaust out there for a 300ex?


I do quite a bit of jumping, I want to start to race, and I use all of my gears in trails.

I have heard the FMF PowerCore IV is good but i don't know..!?

i noticed a big gain over stock. its a little loud but it sounds really well. the people that has rode it so far likes the white brother and they siad they wish they got that instead of what they had on theres.

but i changed my air filter and got new jets

for real white brothers is a good pipe there could be somehting better but i never rode one with a better pipe then the wb

Alright Thx, I still need a few more Ideas, I live up in Ontarion, and the place I am lookin for Exhaust from don't sell White Bros, do you have the white bros site where I can order the pipe from and or maybe a phone number

www.rockymountainatv.com has it in there catologs and is really cheap there and has some information but the white brothers site sucks really bad almost as much as scott.....

sorry i had to go last night.. anywyas it is called white brothers e series pro meg i dont know what else to tell yo u besides it comes with 12 disk if you have a 300ex. somebody said in another post it runs better with 8 but i dont know and i am not going to try either cause then i have to jejett and ii dont want to do that....

oh and check out www.atvsource.com they did a pipe test and a tire test on that site for the 300ex you may want to check that out.

Get a Procircuit T-4, Good power and the sound is mean... but on the quiet side too

Theres only 1 pipe that you need to get. Curtis Sparks. Nobody cant deny that his pipes are awesome, I have a supertrapp on mine & wish I would have gotten the Sparks. I've heard all 4 stroke pipes besides that arrow thing & some new pipe that Rico was talking about i think. ANyway, Sparks is the best sound that ive heard & it provides excellent power.

if you get a pipe dont get a slip on its a waste of money !! you can barly tell a difference and you will get a whole lot more power with a full system

yeah i forgot about curtis sparks i would get that then i would get white borthers
i would not get pro circuite but that is just me i didnt feel to much of a power notice anyways good luck whatever you get

i have a magamax 2 complete system. i have heard some good and some bad. I love it. I would recommend it to anyone!

From reading these posts I can tell u guys are not exactly maintenance techs but I am going to ask anyways. I have been told that if you install a complete exhaust system (header and slip on) on a stock motor you will actually loose some low end power?? So I was thinking of getting the Whitebrothers slip on with K&N and rejet the carb. Do you guys have any thoughts on header pipes when the engine is bone stock?

who ever told you is full of crap! get the whole system and you get power every where in your power band.

i read something like that at atvsource or something but that guy was loney if i was you i would get the whole system if you have a 300ex cause the head pipe is realllllly small

I do have a 300ex. I think I am going to get the full system. I guess if it sucks I can always pull it off and try just the slip on. I just dont want to loose any low end power, thats one of the things I really like about the 300ex.
