And no, I don't mean Nitrous. I see it all the time on eBay and elsewhere. I've heard "not otherwise specified" but that doesn't seem to make sense in context. Is it maybe "new old stock"?

haha, it does sound kinda funny...
Here is an example....a master cylinder for a '89 250r that was made back then, but still packaged in the original packaging. It's an "old" part, but it's still "new"...lol, still sounds kinda funny

so basicly they made many extra parts and they still have them and are still saleing them....;)

ok so does NOS really mean nitrous oxide SYSTEMS or just nitrous oxcide
because i heard people say "hes got nos" and if it meant nitrous oxide systems trhe correct way to say it would be "hes got a NOS"

people that saw nos are idiots. like yo dawg he got naawwws on dat beyotch! stupid. NOS is a brand of nitrous, and yes it stands for nitrous oxide systems. there are other brands of nitrous out there too such as NX (nitrous express).
