www.fmxramps.com and you need to make it wider than 5 ft more like 7.

If you build the rev 1 from fmxramps.com then you will need more metal. Here are the MINIMUM requirements the site says you need:
180'- 2" x 2" x .120 wall (1/8" thick)
120' -1" x 1" x .120 wall (1/8" thick)
Your choice of paint color for frame
Gray paint for wood
Sillica to mix into gray paint
3 sheets of 4' x 8' x 3/4" thick plywood

your gonna need more steel tubing than that if your gonna build a ramp that big. you could probably build like a 4 foot high by 5 foot wide and maybe 10 feet long if your lucky with that much but you might be pushin it even then. ramps take a ton of metal unfortunatley. start drawing on paper and plan everything out and see how big of a ramp you can make and don't forget supports!

Whats a good width for quad fmx? is the 1x1 square tubing gonna be too small, i noticed alot of people used 2x2 AFTER i bought the steel.

my ramp is six feet wide and thats plenty. anymore and its just for comfort. dont go less than 6!! lots of people are pushing towards 8ft ramps but i know from experience that 6 feet is enough. its what ever you got the money for. :)

i already got 115' of steel i will probably go 7' high 6' wide and i guess around 20 ft. long (does that sound long enough?) about how much more steel do you think i need?? I really want to get this ramp built but there is a lot more to it, then what i realized!

I need all the help i can get. Thanx
