Just bought a really nice 400 ex for my wife so she could enjoy the dunes with my son & I.
I ride a 400cc Banshee, my 16 yr old son has a '86 TRX 250R.
400 motor is stock, has K&N air filter in the stock air box, with a White Bros. slip on silencer.
In my opinion it is extremely slow excelleration & slow. But it is a cadillac to ride.
What can I do to it to make it outperform 250R?
And is it even possible for it to be able to try to keep up with my Banshee?
With power & excelleration I would seriously go 4 stroke!
