Is there any way to make a sandrail street legal?? just curious...

I would say it depends on your state. Go ask your DMV about it. I know they are here because I have seen a few driving around, but I don't know what is required.

Yes!, there are lots of em around northern mich. You just need working lights, brake lights, turn signals, working seat belts, (you'll probraly have safety harnesses anyways) mirrors. A half way quiet exhaust in most area's. And just put normal tires on it for the inspection, wich is usually done by the state police. Then you should be able to get plates for it, once the title is cleared.
