i was wondering where you can find replacement burgard balljoints for 87 250x a-arms if anyone could help me out it would be great thanks

If they are the same as all the other burgards you can pic them up at any auto store. They are from a tie rod end for a VW bug. I cant remember Exactly what year it was but i have to go pic some up tomorow if I have time. I will give you a part number then.

Try a local auto parts store. I took mine in and they knew excacly what year it was from right away!

Last time I bought them they were around 10-15$ a piece. I am going down today to get some so i will now more later. What A-arms did you have on your quad?

the vw ball joints work in burgard and houser...and quite a few others. if ya get the actual part # please post it....it would save people alot of time

I got Housers. I know to buy them from houser they cost 18 plus shipping.

I just got back from the auto store and this is what I found out. I got the right side tie rod end for a 79VW BUG part number (ES419R). But it is a shade difrent. It works great on the top A-Arms but the lower A Arms I had to grind A Little off. No big deal but it was not a direct fit on the lower Arms. The new ball joint doesnt thread as far back as the old one so I had to grind the taper back a little bit so it would thread in farther. Also the price has gone up to 19$. The new ball joints actually look a bit stouter then the old,If I have time I will get a pic.
