OT: Business Law

I'm taking businnes law online for college, and geez do i feel dumb. I just took a quiz on the last two chapters i read and i got 6/10. Anybody else had this class? Am I the only one that doesn't get it? I'm driving myself crazy.

I just don't get the cases. I thought they were supposed to be at least somewhat subjective, but the teacher actually has right and wrong answers. It might have something to do with him being an old retired attorney with nothing better to do. :uhoh:
