Ive been sick with the flu and strept throat for a couple days now, im completely miserable :( does anyone know of anything good for a stopped up nose? I cant keep food down either... but i dont like eatin soup when im sick.. its way too hot here for that... :ermm: so im open for some options..... anything to get rid of this junk!

A bottle of Wild Turkey 101 is what i always take as medicine when i get a cold. No chit. I know your not old enough but stong burboun scares all the demon germs out I think.. OH and lots of rest...:)

drinks lots of fluids, regular sudafed is good, and advil if ya have a fever. I'm just gettin over somethin similar i think :confused2

a little bit...still got an awful cough and headache... but i think if it quits stormin im gonna go practice tomorrow :)

Nothing clears your head better than a few laps on the bike. NOt sure about the stomach though.

A small visit from the good Doctor James Beam always helps me.

Good old paracetamol knocks the little bugger germs around too.

The best thing you can take wen your vomiting is good old gravol. Drink lots of sport drinks (gatorade, powerade) so you don't dehidrate. And eat foods that are high in potasium(potatos, toast, saltines)
