The 400 I have has a Durablue axle nut on it and I'm trying to get it off so I can pull the axle out and change the carrier. The nut and the threads are pretty boogered up but it seems that the nut might be seized on.

I'm trying to turn the nut towards the rear of the quad....I tried heating it and lubing it up and I just can't seem to bust it loose.

Anyone have any tips or ideas? Also, the threaded sleeve that the nut goes onto.....is that a completely seperate part or is it part of the brake hub?

Thanks everyone

well its a reverse thread so all your doing is tightening it on man if its on the stock axle.......;)

it's not on a stock axle....it's on a durablue axle

I still should be turning it towards the rear to loosen it, right?
