Is Paypal down for everyone else?

I'm trying to buy something off eBay and when I went to pay for it I couldn't connect to Paypal. I then tried to open another window and go directly to my account and couldn't do that either. You guys having trouble too?

It keeps telling me that the page cannot be displayed then I suddenly got through to where I'm entering my information and a message of "Due to heavy traffic we cannot process your transaction.....Error 3004" MF'ers----I just want to pay for my stuff!

Had major problems with paypal last night. After two calls to my credit card co. and a call to paypal, we finally got it figured out. They both blamed each other. I didn't give a chit who's fault it was just fix the problem.
