There's a 400ex that is for sell around my area and it has bran new plastic new back holeshots and rims and new brakes stock everying thing well kept red in color and all it needs is front rims and a lower a-arm. He is selling it for 4500 obo and its a 01 what do u guys think?? Oh yeah i cant get into powertrain on here on exriders. Its hasn't let me in there for 4 days already any one else having this problem??

way way way to much, look in the for sale section you could get a pretty much race ready 400ex for that

Yep, dont buy that.... you could find a mint (stock 400EX) for around 3500-3800 if you look hard enough. Just wait till Sept 10th, when the new 450R comes out.... the 400EX used market will drop big time.

BTW, I've heard of a few shops that would sell you a new 400EX for that price or a couple hundred more.... just to give ya an idea of how high that price is. :D
