i have a nail in one of my treads on my razr rear. can someone tell me if a plug will work or what. i need to kno ASAP

A plug will work but you need the big plugs,,not the little skinny tire plugs,,but plugs for like tractors, etc,,they're about as big as a pencil..

I have gotten nails in my tires a few times and the solution is simple. Drive to Les Schwab; they remove, plug, and reinstall the tire for free. Just have to take the whole wheel to em'... I'm not sure if every Les Schwab does this though...:blah

Pull the rim & tire off & run it to the local tire store. They'll plug it quick. They got the good plugs. Also point out the tires hold 5 pounds or so of air. A few yahoos think all tires hold 32 pounds

I popped a rear tire one day while riding so on the way home I stopped at the local tire dealer. They plugged it right on the bike for $5.00. Then for added insurance I added a bottle of Slime to the tire. Its never leaked sense then.
