TRX450S Carb flooding

I have a 1999 TRX450S and the carb started flooding. I rebuilt carb, changed fuel, and changed the spark plug. Does anybody have any suggestions?? Would the carb heater have anything to do with it??

i think you would get quicker responses at www.highlifter.com for your quad but hey anyone here could probably help you out but highlifter is pretty much a utility quad site.
