I have a set of razr 2's their pretty sweet, but I don't know if their better in the sand against the Stock ones. And I'm talking about the stock 400ex. What do you all think of the razr 2's vs Stock tires in the sand?

id have to say the stock tires would work better ....the razor2's have a very stiff sidewall and IMO would dig in. the stock tires work well in sand and loose loam

stock tires imo would work much better. yes i know the razr 2s are different then the holeshots and i have tried them in the sand and they blow hard. so i would say razr 2s wouldnt do much better.

stock tires are a better overall tire. they do okay in sand, snow, mud, hardpack, loam, etc. the razr 2's are a good trail, mud tire and may be to agressive for sand. I would go with stockers.

We have a lot of sand washes that I ride in here and I have regular Razrs and they suck in it. I had the best luck with the stocks ones. Razrs in the sand just rob too much power.

Razrs are Horrible in sand, They are a fun tire to just play in sliding ect. but for anything else they are horrible, Actually the Stockers are really good in sand for casual riding and even some climbing you will do fine with, although a paddle is more suitable, the stockers will be fine;)

The sidewall is so tuff on the razr2's you could probley run 1 pound of pressure in them and still be ok but they are so much more heavy
