I have these papers, from an attorney i suppose. They say that if i sign these papers, i will have $80,000 waiting for me in the bank untill i turn 18, *thats oct 9th* but im about 2 be 17. I honestly dont understand the papers, they are a bit over my head. I have to have a guardian sign the "waiver" and everything so I would like 2 know if any of you know what i should "look" for in these papers, and what to watch out for... thanks alot

if thats the case, get a good lawyer (not ones the use cheap tv adds) i gauruntee you will get way more than 80 g's, a semi used my mom for a speed bump and she's getting millions.

is this a quote from the other guys insurance? if so, there gonna low ball you like you would not believe, because obviously, they want to walk away with as little money out of pocket as possible.

your lawyer will pobably forget about this orignal contract and counter with a much more serious offer

Do not sign yet! You need a good lawyer here. A professional well established lawyer. Check with your parents, or trusted older person(s) to find one. Also, to put it bluntly, keep your trap shut about this.:o

suprisingly yes,

she was sitting still on the interstate (at construction) and got rearended at about 70 in her friends cavalier. her arm bones ripped thru her skin, knocked her out, stat flight to the hospital, whole ball of wax. she's alright now except her arm dosent extend but about halfway and lots of scars.

Once you sign the paperwork, any and all future recuring pains will be on you. Find a GOOD lawyer. This case is worth more than $80,000. The reason the insurance company is offering you $80,000 is because they know this case is worth more. If you sign now, they get off cheap. I had a close friend lose an eye in a gun accident. The insurance wanted to give him $100,000. He got a good lawyer and went to court. He got over 2 million! You will have to be patient, if you go with a lawyer, it will take a little while. Maybe a year or two. It will be worth it. DON'T SIGN A THING until you show your lawyer.:eek2:
