when should you replace the valves???
Im rebuilding my 250x and the valves dont leak (I sprayed WD-40 down the ports and nothing comes through) so are they fine?

If no smoke is coming out of the pipe while it is warming up than you are OK.If it is smoking(during start up)most likley its the valve seals.Very easy to change.If it continues to smoke than it is most likely the piston rings.
