I Need A Research Topic Tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, well the 3rd day of school and i already had a 2 page essay due, now research paper. I have no clue what topic i should pick. We can choose anything we want. but it has to be MLA format (6-8 pages) and have a thesis, so it has to bee good. And i need like 10 sources, so it cant be something not too obvious.

i was thinking like poss the evolution of the motorcycle? (ya know them old ones and the new ones...lol)
or how the statue of liberty was a.....well a something...
so help, i need one by tonight so i can have it tomorrow, cause tomorrow we start:grr:

plus it has to be good, ya know so i get a A so i have a chance at pappys challenge:D

I think i might do it on that motorcycle thing, now i just gotta think of a thesis......how bout like....technology has advanced in all aspects, including the motorcycle industry?....i think that one is a little cheesey:confused2

i did the history of the atv in my oral communications class last year and it turned out real good lots of info too.

I wrote a 17 page paper on nuclear fission as an alternative energy source for the large scale production of electricity last year. There is a crapload of info out there on it. I finished that paper in about a week or 2.

Write a paper contrasting today's society versus that of a 100 years ago. You could hypothesize that despite the widespread abuse of alcohol 100 years ago that they were a more productive society versus today's society of lazy, everyone-owes-me-something's that have a pill that cures all their ills. Regardless of the advancement in technology of medicines, infrastructure and communications we are a less efficient society whose physical fitness is a shadow of what it once was. While email is faster than the Pony Express we still don't have time to do the tasks that need to be done. While Ritalin has cured a bogus disease called ADD, today's children still can't do 10 push-ups or run to the corner store. Today's medicines keep us alive longer but is an artificial beacon of true physical health.

if you pick a topic concerning motorcycles or something along those lines, most teachers don't know jack about it. So if your information looks and sounds good, all you'll be graded on is grammar.
