I just got a stock replacement stem, how do I do it? Do I need to take off all of the plastic to run it down through the sleeve, or can I just unbolt it from underneath the quad and slide it out? Thanks.

remove front plastic....

remove the 2 bolts that are at the bushing mount

remove the large nut and cotter pin at the bottom of the stem....

unbolt the tie rod ends from the stem ...

and remove stem.

If I was half thinking before I posted this, I would of realized that there is NO way to just slide in down through....lmao Thanks Pappy.

if you go to sevice honda pull up the expanded pick of the stem so you know the order of all the stuff at the bottom of the stem to put it all back together correct.
