i have read both yes and no. some say with a new cam and piston you need to rejet. others say that you don't. i was just wondering what true. i just put in a 10.8 ross along with a stage 2 cam. right now i am running a 162 main with a modded lid, uni filter, and an x-6 pipe. i don't have a port job. i have heard ranges between 155 to 195 on the jetting with similar mods to mine. that is a huge difference in jets. any suggestions?

For a piston I would say no, But for a cam I would think you would need to rejet because the valves are staying open wider and longer causeing more flow.

When I did a piston and cam, I didn't have to re-jet but maybe I got lucky?
