Changing brand of oil???

I have been running Honda oil in my 400EX, but I have to drive 60 miles to the closest shop that carries it. I was wondering if I could change to Mobil 1 synthetic and not hurt anything. I have heard if you change oils, it could make your clutches start to slip??:ermm:

Thanks!! After I posted this thread, i done a search on oil and found that you guys get pretty wound up over what oil to use, hope I didnt open a can of worms!lol
