How does it increase lowend torque or upper end HP? Can it make lowend HP or midrange torque less?

no...but it can make the power "SEEM" less or more...seat of the pants thing i figure:p

I would expect alot more out of someone who has 12,000+ posts!:blah:

BTW, Have you wore your fingertips down to the bone with all that typing? Is your computer in your bathroom? If not, when do you have time for Pinchy Caca?

Gearing can only stretch or shorten the powewrcurve. It does not in any way add horsepower.

its all where you want to have the power at. goin down on the front will make it easier for your motor to turn the sprockets, therefore makin it feel like you just jumped up 10 ponies.
