oregon dunes noise regs

hey guys im goin too go too sand lakes and prolly some the other dunes im not real farmiliar w all those dune areas had a quick ??? heard lots about the rangers bein real tight on noise ordanences any truth too this i run a 400 ex w awhite bros slipon and i heard it is too loud any thoughts?

The db limit at Sandlake is 97db. At the Oregon Dunes (Florence/Coos Bay) it is 93db.
We were at Florence last week and my friend had them do a test on his 400ex with an e-series in the parking lot and it was 100db.
We usually go during the week and there aren't many people or ccops around so we haven't had any problems.

If you have your stock pipe bring it with you. I think the fine is less if you get caught and correct it right away. Not sure about that though.

I AGREE WITH "JOEX", I HAVE 400EX WITH WHITE BROS E-SERIES EXHAUST. WATCH OUT AROUND FLORENCE THERE ARE RANGERS RIDING AROUND ON POLARIS SCRAMBLERS,400EX'S, AN EVEN RAPTORS. THERE ARENT MANY SOUND CHECKS AT WINCHESTER BAY, BUT THERE STILL ARE RANGERS RUNNING AROUND IN PICK UPS AND EVEN A FEW ON QUADS. COOS BAY CAN BE JUST AS BAD AT "HORSEFALL" CAMPSITE.

thanks for the info guys found out today ill be in coos bay most the time any one out there ever run the quite core in thei eseries pipe and do yall think ii i do that wil they go easy on me stock pipe is long gone butt quite core is suposed too help i guess? any one ???
