Yes there is one, it is called have a friend ride with you and pay him to push you backwards every time that you need to use reverse. Some will do it for just a 6-pack of beer for the day.

Heh..

There is no reverse conversion kit for sale out there. Anything is possible to make with enough time and money and materials though. You would need to redesign the entire transmission and most likely the cases in order to get reverse..
